Mr. Comeau provided SARP training sessions to our hospital employees. He is a very professional, organized and knowledgeable instructor. I would like to warmly recommend Mr. Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Comeau, resuscitation consultant, who acted as a pediatric resuscitation trainer (PALS) for our establishment, the CISSS de la Gasp\u00e9sie, Gasp\u00e9 sector. As responsible for continuing medical development for the CISSS, I had the opportunity to work closely with him during the organization and during the training sessions provided.<\/span><\/p>

From the beginning, Mr. Comeau demonstrated rigor and in-depth knowledge of his field. His expertise in pediatric resuscitation is excellent and he was able to share his knowledge with remarkable clarity and precision. The participants, whether doctors or residents, greatly appreciated his pedagogical approach.<\/span><\/p>

Mr. Comeau has always shown respect towards participants, thus creating a positive and motivating learning environment. He was able to encourage them to give their best and helped them progress significantly. His ability to adapt his teachings to the specific needs of our group was particularly appreciated.<\/span><\/p>

The organization of training by Mr. Comeau was impeccable. The instructions for participating in the courses were clear. The sessions were well structured and enjoyable, which facilitated learning and participant engagement. Moreover, his email feedback was quick and precise, which greatly facilitated communication and coordination.<\/span><\/p>

Mr. Comeau showed flexibility when organizing the training. Faced with growing demand for participation, he was able to add additional days to his training, allowing all interested doctors and residents to benefit from his expertise. He held four PALS activities while maintaining a constant smile and high-quality teaching.<\/span><\/p>

In summary, Mr. Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Comeau was a valuable asset to our pediatric resuscitation training program. His rigor, knowledge, respect for participants and adaptability contributed to the success of the training. Jean-Fran\u00e7ois prepared us well ahead of time for the practical ACLS course with lots of reading on rhythms which were most helpful in the pre-course written exam.<\/span><\/p>

On the day of the in-office practical, I found him to be very knowledgeable and very experienced. He delivered the ACLS material we needed to know in a professional and down-to-heart way. We all felt comfortable asking questions when needed. The hands-on simulation was extremely well done, he had life like simulation machines so we knew how hard we were compressing the chest, as well cardiac monitors displaying simulated blood pressure, rhythm, etc., that could easily be changed, prompting us to move into a new sequence of drug to administer. The team practice was most useful and practical; each of my nurses were able to run a simulated cardiac arrest and learn best practice patterns. He was extremely patient with us during this time. By the end of the practical, we all felt enriched with the knowledge he bestowed upon us. I have been on other ACLS courses in the past for recertification and I found these past two courses with M. Comeau exceptional! I learned for more than I did with other courses.<\/span><\/p>

I have no reservations about recommending Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Comeau as an ACLS instructor for other organizations.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The staff who took the training found it very relevant and engaging. Jean-Fran\u00e7ois set objectives for the training and met them. He used different methodologies for the variety of learners.<\/span><\/p>
